The University of Mississippi Medical Center has purchased Coursedog, an integrated academic operations platform, to assist processes related to online bulletins, curriculum management, and event scheduling. As an added benefit, it is higher education’s first Workday API integration for academic operations. It will easily create, organize, and publish our bulletins and handbooks online and in real-time using configurable templates and advanced filtering. The curriculum management piece will leverage workflows and eliminate manual data entry and paper processes to ensure a single source of truth.  Department administrators and faculty can route proposals to appropriate people and easily track proposals every step of the way.  It will streamline event request processes with configurable forms, manage risk and communication with automatic notification approvals and seamlessly promote events in one platform with the ability to build custom websites to publicize events and space.  The implementation is expected to take up to nine months.
